The cost of a single Will is £185, an identical mirror Will for spouse/civil partner is an additional £85, I also check your title deeds at Land Registry for identification and ownership purposes (£15 admin fee), please note if Wills are not identical the charge will be for 2 single Wills, this is based on clients living in the Plymouth area, there will be an additional charge for appointments further afield which will be agreed in advance.
There will also be an additional charge for advice on Estate planning, incorporating guidance for trusts in the Will and if there are any exclusions to the Will, these will be discussed and agreed at the time of taking instructions for your Will as this will be dependant on the additional time and work involved in the particular instructions required, with a guideline of approximately £150 per unit.
These costs are based on appointments in Plymouth and the surrounding areas, if you are outside of this area please contact me as I can draft remotely or charge for additional travel/time.
